posting images and games

How do you post an image or moves from a game? There is an early knight attack by white that I’m trying to learn how to deal with. I know how to handle the knight and bishop attacking the f pawn. It’s when white moves there other knight to a central square and forks my king, queen, and rook. I don’t know if that explanation helps. I have a screen grab I wanted to post.
