Rapid, Blitz, Bullet mode on chess.com

Hi,

I'm new to chess.com and learning lots of things. But one thing I couldn't figure out is the modes you can play. In classical chess, you have way more time than 10 min in a rapid game. I noticed you can set the time for example play a rapid game 15|10.

Is there also a classical rating? Or is 60 min rapid game the longest you can play on chess.com ?

Yes, 60 min is the longest time controll which still counts as rapid.

If you want to play classical chess, your best bet is OTB.

But if you want longer time controls online, you can give daily chess a try. It's not for everyone, but it is a way to play slow paced chess on the internet.

For now, there is no classical rating (but I've heard that they are working on it). So everything including 10|0 and above it is classified as rapid. 45|45 and 60|0 are the longest non custom time controls. However, you can always make a custom game and play even longer games if you wish to do so. For now all these time controls affect rapid rating.
