Rating Decline

My rating is currently at 800 elo and slowly declining constantly. I used to be 1200 elo and I'm practising more than ever. I do puzzles, lessons, play games etc. more than when I was at 1200, but now my ratings only declining the more I practise. Does anyone have any tips/possible ideas to get back my higher rating?
