good planing but I would say its more for 500-700

mostly 300-400 need to be care full and dont blunder

That’s a valuable observation. You’re right—at 300–400 the main focus should be on not blundering pieces. That’s why in the forum I emphasized simple habits like blunder-checking, basic development, and king safety as the first steps. Once players get comfortable with those, then they can start applying more structured planning, which usually fits better for 500–700 and beyond. The idea is to build step by step, so the foundation at 400 makes the climb smoother later.

I appreciate your thoughtful words. Chess can indeed feel overwhelming in the beginning, which is why having structured steps is so important. Applying them consistently will make your progress both steady and rewarding. I encourage you to stay engaged with the forums and discussions—your perspective will also add value to others who are on the same journey.

As an 1200 rated player i just laughed out to see someone needs this much planning for 400elo.

ChatGPT (who wrote the text) doesn't know if 400 is high or low. Probably would've written the exact same word salad if the question was a way to 1200 Elo.

Just to clarify, the ideas and structure are mine. I prepared a draft, studied the topic, and then used ChatGPT only to improve the text’s clarity and flow not to create the content. The focus on 400 Elo as a first milestone is based on my own analysis of beginner-level progress.

Use some common sense bro, since grandmasters elo is about 3000 that would be considered high advanced players are 2000s while avvg have 1000 to 1500 thats good while only begginers struggle with 400 thats low as simple as that, and ya i m not so dumb to use chatgpt for writing a sentence.

The forum doesn't mean reaching 400 Elo is hard. It just contain some ideas to reach and grow from 400 Elo.
