When the gap is 300 points the stronger player is expected to score about 4 out of 5

From an Elo conversion table (and I assume Glicko is similar enough that it's fine).
In the below picture:
Rating Diff = the difference between the two player's ratings.
H = the percentage the higher rated player is expected to score after an arbitrarily large number of games where it's wins plus 1/2 draws divided by total number of games.
L = Percentage the lower rated player is expected to score.

So for example, 1400 vs 1700 gives a rating difference of 300.
On the table it says the higher rated player is expected to score 85%

You can also use it to estimate rating change after a tournament game pretty easily.
If you're the higher rated player, then this time you'll look at the L column and multiple by 20 (remembering it's a percentage), and that's your estimated rating change.
For example if I'm 1700 and I beat a 1400, I look at the L column to get 0.15 x 20 = 3 points.
Beating someone rated the same as me is 0.5 x 20 = 10 points.
