Many congrats I have only won once and have to say I got very lucky on last game as opponent run out of time with winning position. Still a win is a win.
tournaments which have like these marks (<1199)
Look I first used to come last in tournaments but I then practiced and practiced and now I have 2 medals.
So, if you practice then you get better.
