stuck 300
You need a combined approach of anti-blunder training as well as working on very simple puzzles. You dont have to solve them on some days. Simply skip to the solution. This may help with pattern recognition. I have a book out outlining everything I did, my training schedule, what I read, what worked/failed etc. In your case you can keep training blunders while absorbing chess principles from youtube. For example, learn opening principles and what openings are called without memorizing too deeply. Learn basic positional ideas like good knights, bad bishops, strong squares etc. Learn endgame principles like the king becomes a fighting piece and should be used in the endgame. You can also learn basic theoretical endgames...king + pawn... lucena and philidor, 2 bishops checkmate etc. You can use youtube for this. Or you can contact me for a structured video course.
