Who wins in a trade of queen for a rook and a bishop?

a Queen is worth more than a rook and bishop due to it being a more mobile piece and can win other pieces much more smoothly. However, a rook and bishop are able to build a "fortress" where the player with a queen can not progress to win the game.

I agree with Chess_Player_lol. It depends on the position and the skill of the players. If the rook and the bishop are not coordinated, then the queen should win. However, if the rook and bishop are coordinated, then the rook and bishop should win.
