Unable to improve

can anyone suggest a good chess improvement course for someone rated around 1400. Been at this level for around a year now and can't seem to move up. I also have chessbase15 so ideally would also like to learn how to get the most out of this software. Thanks for any suggestions you can put forward

You play mostly daily chess, so you are referring to your daily chess rating.

How much do you make use of your databases at the start of your games?

Are you running into problems afterwards?
