hello, I want to play unrated games for fun. tired of only playing bots and then putting into practice against people for ratings. anyone game?
If you would say 300 is about your strength, I’m a 1000, so maybe instead I could invite you to an analysis board sometime if you want practice, so we can undo moves and sequences.

SirMigraine...that would be good. I really just want to play real people without the pressure of ratings. I can beat the bots up to about 1000, then panic in games...

Don't be afraid of rated games. What's the point of rating? It's just a number. You only need to be sure you are playing your best game. Training with lessons, puzzles, and especially rated games are good ways to improve. If you play unrated games, you'll keep facing easy opponents because you will be more likely to be matched with someone at your rating.
Yes... it’s true.
Also a person with a lower rating can sometimes be a surprisingly stronger opponent than a person with a slightly higher rating.
Besides if you lose against someone with a much higher rating you don’t lose a lot of points. However if he or she loses to you, they have a lot more to lose. Just have fun playing.
