What do you think is the best tactic in chess

I am not sure what you are asking for, and apparently nobody else knows either.
---
A tactic is a combination that relies on a temporary configuration of the chessboard.
Very often tactics are only possible for a single move.
We train tactics with puzzle solving.
There are countless tactics.
The best tactic is always the one thats available and gives the biggest advantage.
---
But maybe you meant strategies ?
A strategy is a plan you want to realize. To give a very basic example from one of my recent games:
My opponent had quite a while ago nicely agreed to trade me a minor piece for two pawns. 😈 So I had an extra knight and saw a really great outpost right in the middle of blacks position. All I had to remove was a single pawn that otherwise would attack this outpost. So I traded pawns and occupied said outpost. This knight was now very well positioned and would be instrumental in blacks ultimate demise.
Btw in many situations realizing a strategy involves tactics. Trading a pawn probably barely qualifies as a tactic.
Just like with tactis, there are a lot of strategies, too. And how well they work out always depends upon the current situation on the chessboard.

I like removing the guard, especially when it involves a big sacrifice.
Take this position from an old (and, admittedly, not very good) game of mine, for example. White just played ...Kxa1??. Try to find the amazing(?) move I found.
