what is the bestest way to help me improve?

First of all, I believe there is no "best way to improve". According to my experience as a chess coach, there are various ways of training and various ways to improve the quality of your training.
Various ways to train:
#1 Solving puzzles is a good start.
#2 Analysing games: do you analyse your games? And no! I do not mean going through the feedback of a tool, that pretends to substitute the work you should put into your games
#3 Do you look at model games or read a book?
Various way to increase the quality of your training
#1 Do you use a physical chess board when training?
#2 Do you use online sources for puzzles or books?
#3 What do you do after having solved a puzzle?
#4 Do you focus and test yourself on the things you have learned?

Improving Your Chess - Resources for Beginners and Beyond.....

If you are not improving from what you are doing, then you should do something else.
instead of playing rapid games against other beginners, spend time in more productive learning. Read and study some basic books on how chess masters think. A week or two going over Logical Chess Move by Move, by Chernev, will help you more than using that same time to play against other beginners.
is there a chess club in your area? If so, join it. Have strong players go over their games with you. That will teach you more than using the Game Review.
do you analyze your games? I don’t mean just using Game Review to find a blunder. Do you form plans in the middleware based on pawn structures?
playing rapid games is fun and brings beginners to the game. But they will stay beginners unless they do some more serious study.
