What to focus on, to get beyond 1000

Hello everyone,

I hope you’re all doing well. I’m currently stuck at around 1,000 in Rapid Chess, and I’m feeling a bit overwhelmed with all the information and possible training ideas available online and in the forums. I’m having a hard time deciding how to focus my efforts.

I’ve already watched a lot of chess videos, speedruns, read guides and done many puzzles on chess.com. Despite this, I’m still struggling to see significant improvement.

I would greatly appreciate it if some of the more experienced players could have a look at a few of my games and/or puzzles. It would be incredibly helpful to get some specific recommendations on what I should focus on. Ideally, I’d like to concentrate on just a few key areas to improve my game without feeling too scattered.

Thank you so much in advance for your help!

Best regards,

What do you mean by "solve tactics the right way"? I have already done quite a lot of puzzles on chess.com, I feel this doesn't get me any further, from where I am right now... Or at least not at the best possible speed. Is there a way to train more efficiently?
