You're being counter productive.
You're studying tactics and i applaud you for taking your time based on your average solve times. But you're also throwing all that learning down the toilet by playing speed chess.
It comes down to trying to implement into your games what you're trying to learn. Which is next to impossible when you're moving fast...aka: No time to think.
I mainly play 15/10 min games. Are you saying i should play longer games? perhaps 30-45min?
That sounds reasonable. I easily spend 5-10 min on a single puzzle. I'll try 30 or 45 min games!
