Look at chess.com lessons as you are premium member. Create study plan and study all aspects of the game (probably endgame patterns and some opening principles are important). Do some puzzles a day to learn calculate and train vision. Play longer games (30 minutes) to apply what you learned, analyze them after you finish them to see what went wrong if you lost and what you could do better even if you won
Start with the same opening every time. Apply the basic understanding of chess such as quickly develop your pieces and stress dominating the center four squares. Generally a loss is due to a structural problem that might be soveable with a change of move order. Once you can spot the weaknesses in your defense, start working on your offense.
