why cant i create a arrow when playing 10 min games ( right click)

i cant create arrow when playing 10 min games but i can create arrows when playing against a computer, anyone know why?

Did you turn them on in live settings?

To draw arrows in any game you are playing you have to go to settings on live chess and turn on "Right Button Draws Arrows and Highlights." To do this you have to go to live chess and start a game. When you do you will see a setting button with other buttons under the notation thing. Click the setting button and you will scroll down a little until you see "Right Button Draws Arrows and Highlights" thing and turn it on. When you are in a game left click your mouse and drag your arrow to what you want to point at or do. Hope this helps you and you can understand the directions.
