I keep tilting again and again and again. I have started making blunders I never thought I would, maybe that sounds arrogant but How and why I became so weak?

Just stop and think and ask yourself why your opponent moved their piece there, what is the purpose of that piece there and how it will affect you.

When you make a move, think if that piece contributes and benefits you and if your opponent can take it.

Try taking a break from chess for some time. Maybe a day off, or two.

This happened to me too. I moved recklessly and didn't think about blunders. A guy told me to take my time and think. After 3 games, even though I didn't notice the imminent checkmate, I did a genius move, which helped me save the game.

Looking at your stats I don’t see that much tilting. You’ve posted this in the beginners section but you’re definitely not a beginner anymore: you’ve played 1600+ games and are rated 1400+. A very respectable rating, I would say, from a beginner’s perspective.

Play slower, stop to think more about the game possibilities by identifying threats and opportunities. If you’re playing in fast games, try slower games and see if you can reduce blunders.
