Why can't the king capture on f2?

I'm watching a GothamChess video on the Traxler, and at about 6:40 into the video, he says that the bishop on f2 cannot be captured.  Why?

He’s saying that it should not be captured because it would lead to a discover check that could win the rook

KxB leads to Ng4+. Queen cannot capture knight due to Bishop on c8. This allows black to play Qf6 and then mate?

Because he would receive a checkmate in 3-4 movements .
