Why is the Daily -Chess Average Rating so low?

I know that Daioy isnt as popular as Live Chess, but i see so many titled (almost everyone) or high rated players who either have a relativly low 1600 Rating or who dont play Daily Chess anyways.Is there a reason for that?

Beginners are attracted to games with long time controls because the clock adds pressure (and long games are good practice too).
Experienced players are attracted to games with short time controls because they do their long games OTB and because long games online always have some cheaters, stallers, etc.
So ratings are low because that's mostly who's playing.
