Black has no legal move, so the game cannot continue. Yet white has not checkmated black, so white cannot claim a win.

There is an important lesson to learn from that.

Remember to always check that your opponent does not get stalemated if you end up in a situation where you are winning by that much, or a lot less, because it is easy to blunder into stalemates in a Q+K vs. K or R+K vs. K endgame if you don't watch out.

The other side of the lesson is to never resign in games played at sub-1000 level, since people blunder stalemates fairly frequently.
