I also have this ELO anxiety problem that prevents me from playing at least a few games everyday. So I would appreciate it if you have any advice for that too.
Well its an obstacle to stop you from growing. I normally use second account for playing and practice. So my suggestion is make a second account so you wont be worried about losing elo and play there anything which you like.
Hi! I'm just a regular 1400 who wants to reach that legendary 2000 rating someday. While my understanding of fundamentals and tactical brain and eye are decent, I am pretty horrible with managing time, handling pressure from my opponent, remaining calm under losing positions, and converting winning ones. So yeah, I have lots of weaknesses that I
want to work on and fix and I kindly ask for your help in overcoming these barriers.
I suggest the following:
1. I suggest you can still solve 30 mins tactics.
2. Managing time issue comes due to many reasons like lack of understanding of middlegames positions which arise after your openings and also lack of knowledge of classics. So I strongly suggest you to see as many classical games as you can . For that I suggest you can check out two courses.
3. Classical Commented Games by Chessmood.
If you want free material then I suggest learn from this playlist. These videos are so interactive so you will learn a lot. Note: ~Use a real board~

You can also check why Classics are important.
Once your classics study will over and you will learn from any of the above mentioned sources then we will work on time management, handling opponent's initiative and a lot more. First working on foundation is so important., Foundation of strategy you should learn welll!
