at the end of a 10 min game with very similar pace i end up by 4 min less time...it's about the 6'th game i observe where one second register as 30 sec in your server...this is my third account...the points are simply random choice of the computer...i check mated and get 7 points, i resign...lose 9 points...when i register back with a new account they give me 800 points...one game win is about 40...100 points, one loss is 40...300 points...when you get under 1000 points they start to give less than 10 points for a win...is there anything i don't get about your fair play rules?

You should read an article about how ratings work.

https://www.chess.com/article/view/chess-ratings---how-they-work

Basically, they look at the difference between your rating and your opponent's AND they look at statistical measures of how likely your rating is to be accurate.

When you are brand new, the statistical uncertainty is very high, so larger number of points are awarded for a win or subtracted for a loss to help make your rating more accurate. As you play more often, your rating gets more accurate, so the point swings are smaller.

You are wrong: the rating system is fair and works.
