This is winning for the 4 queen side even with an example of 1 active queen vs 4 inactive
Even 2 queens win against a queen. The lone queen cannot escape a trade and then KQ checkmate K.

The OP didn't have kings on the board
Yeah like Castaway will had with the four queens starting in the opposite corners, I think if the white queen plays well it's unable to be captured
Tried setting up a fake nonsensical scenario where it's one queen vs fours queens (no kings) would it be possible for the four queens to be able to take the one? When I tried it out on a board I found the solo queen always had a safe or solo square to move to and escape. Given I didn't try for the longest of times (only about 20 minutes) but found it interesting and probably impossible to corner a conscience opponent (as long as you don't just start off the board with the lone queen having no moves ofc)
