New Rule: If a user continuously posts false statements on purpose, they will be ignored, play shall continue as normal but that user would have to wait for 2 hours as usual.
A user is considered to post false statements on purpose if
*he/she has joined the game for at least 2 rounds.
*he/she has made the mistake of posting false statements at least once.

Statement (e) is false, since it is Alexei Troitsky who is a Russian chess composer, Aleksei Troitsky is a Russian footballer.
