algorithm/AI to create a specific pattern on the board?

Long-shot ask. I’m working on a 40th birthday present for someone who loves chess, and I want to give him the notation in a card so the end result of the “game” is he number 40 on the board.

Obviously this will be a shitty game of chess. Not the point. But I’m wondering if anyone has any way to come up with the notation quickly so I don’t have to work backwards. I asked chat GPT and it could not get it right.
