Better 4 Player Teams Chess.

The problem with teams match is that one wrong move leads to a checkmate. Lets start with opening, when your team got first turn both open king's pawn and if any one of other player also open king side pawn one captures the queen and other saves his queen with bishop. And we have a checkmate in 2 moves.

This happens many times. People put thier queens to (0%) risk to win. This problem can be tackled by introducing new type of teams match. The "Crazy Teams" having a layout pretty much like below. 

Now we can see that above problem can be resolved like this.

Hence Crazy teams will become tougher and like classical chess.

Corresponding  Pawns can also be colored oppositely.
