What does this do?
Will it be cool if this new piece could be at the same square at same time of another? I dont know how it would works, but i like the concept.
Fake king: There will be a fake king and a real king. The fake king is like a normal king. If the fake king is checkmated the piece that is checkmate it dies
Btw i had made a similar forum about this. making a new piece means another set of pawn and a slot. well in my opinion i would like a pawn moving just in diagonal side with just 1 step 
Teleporting pawn
Remove one pawn and replace it with either a silver pawn for white or a gold pawn for black these are teleporting pawns. They can teleport to the aid of the king in check situations

Dragon
Pick a knight for each side. That "dragon" moves the same, but the enemy pieces 1 square around it are "burned". When a piece is burned, if it captures, it is captured.
