It's worth 1 pawn but somehow after a recount it counts itself as 2.5 pawns. When it gets captured, it proposes legislation to "defund" the capturing piece or force it to prove its movements were made using green energy. It tries to impeach its own king, if it's Republican, by making false posts on chess.com discussion boards about the King colluding with Russian board manufacturers.

the cloud. the cloud has three forms.cloud form, storm form, and hurricane form. it is in cloud form most of the time, turns into storm form every five moves for two moves and turns into hurricane form every 13 moves for three moves. in cloud form, it moves like a rook and cannot capture. however, it can move onto any piece and rain, causing the piece to flee after 1 move. raining counts as another turn. in storm form, it will continually rain, and can now capture, even though it requires to be on the same piece for 1 turn. in hurricane form, the piece occupies a 3x3 area, moves less(like a king), captures any pieces that touches it and goes through it(even your own).
The best piece: Nuke; ends the game instantly, even if you lose
The worst piece: Automated queen; only attacks your pieces and will never let you move until you capture it. Also, it is powered by the most powerful Stockfish level in history.
Worst move I have thought of yet: Unpromotable pawn; cannot promote to anything once it hits the back rank.
Best - T1000 terminator
T1000 terminator can pass through everything, take everything in a 5 by 5 radius and makes a 4 by 4 explosion everywhere, can take 999999999999999999999999 captures until it is finally captured.
Worst - the noob
can only capture the h3 square and is basically stuck there after taking
Best- Splitting Knight
A piece that moves just like a regular knight, but splits itself once every ten moves. The copies can move just like a knight, but their piece value splits into two (ex. 3 to 1.5). Every time one of the spitting knight's copies is captured, all surrounding knights are wiped out but all of their opponent's pieces which have the same point value as the capturing piece are eliminated from the board.
Worst- Hopeless Pawn
A pawn that can only move forward once every 10 moves, and can be captured for free if the pawn is only protected by other hopeless pawns.
Best- Automated Dragon
An invisible dragon is created when two fianchettoed bishops form a V and intersect at some point. The squares surrounding the point of intersection are poison and will incinerate any piece that lands on the squares. Also, the bishops can use the diagonal they control to make a free move before capturing a piece. The diagonal ends when an opponent's piece blocks the bishops diagonal. This piece is OP because it literally controls the center and cramps the opponent's position.
Worst- The Silent
The Silent cannot move for the first 100 moves of the game, but blooms in an endgame where the game is about to end. The Silent transforms into a piece that can use the rules of all pieces in the game for five moves, and then it over exhausts itself and died. The key is to make the most of the five moves, however, the game is likely not going to last 100 moves and the Silent can get capture before it is put to any use.
magician : if this piece capture a pieces it multiple for it's value (* ex; if it capture a white night who is value is three multiple to 3 ) and if magician is able to capture one of multiple opponents piece they all ( multiple ones ) will turn to your colourer but the pieces can't be a original one it have to be a multiple one
The distraction: moves horizontal or vertical 1 square. Any piece that gets in a one square radius to it can't move until that distraction moves away.
The banisher
If it gets taken the top 5 most valuable pieces of your opponent die except the king
Zeus the thunder bolter : this piece moves like a rook but it can only move over some piece (ex* there is a rook in front of the Zeus now it can jump over rook and land in the next square and the piece that Zeus jump over that piece vaporise lol and if there are few opponent pieces lies vertically or horizontally without a pace this piece jump all over them and all of the vaporise to lol ) and if opponent cut this piece all opponents pawns vaporize to lol
The banisher
Once a game he randomly picks a piece from either side to be taken off the board.

I'm not sure if someone has posted this, but my idea is an Archbishop where it moves just like a normal bishop, but it can go to straight squares just like a King by only 1 square.
