Best Piece: Yeeterus: Moves like an amazon, but every piece it captures turns to its side
Worst Piece: Thingy: Doesn't move at all, just sits there. opponents pieces can pass thru it or step on it, but allied pieces cant
Anti pawn: moves only one sx
Anti pawn: moves only one square diagonally forward, captures only on the square ahead of it

The Trader:
You can place this down anywhere on your side of the board at the beginning of the game. Cannot be moved and if your bishop or knight lands on The Trader, it can turn into bishop if it's a knight, knight if it's a bishop. Can be used 3 times.

Obliterator: knight+queen+pawn(it is replaced with one of the pawns at the start when a different pawn goes to the end, once in, it can go forward 2 steps on first turn)
Special Abilty: All blocks it can move it and has a piece on it, will be obliterated, the pieces will be capture and the squares is gone (if you go to the obliterated square you’ll fall in the hole and be captured

I'm not sure if someone has posted this, but my idea is an Archbishop where it moves just like a normal bishop, but it can go to straight squares just like a King by only 1 square.
