Cool! These games are hard to find because most databases won't allow them.

Tim Krabbé's site has this game in his Records list under "Greatest number of castlings":

But it hardly counts: White may have been IM Mark Heidenfeld from Ireland, but if it was, he was 5 at the time of the game...
