Well, By using the chatbox to annoy an opponent you mean disabling chatbox to piss off a newcome that says go you idiot! then yes I have
Have you ever...?
As to the making the opponent feel like I knew every move, I once, after a stint studying openings, conditional moved(is that a phrase?) my opponent for about 12 moves for each side. It was actually quite funny to log on and see every one of the moves I predicted come true.

- join tournaments that you will never play at
- quitted work for chess
- offered a draw when you know you will be mate in 1

-lost the overall match because you didn't kill that stupid pawn?
-used pawns to get most of the kills, even the checkmate?
Absolutely not, pieces in chess are captured, not killed. If they were killed I would probably not play.

That's pretty sweet. I think there was a game in the Game Showcase a few months ago of somebody who conditional-moved his way from move one until checkmate, due to some smothered mate trap. It was impressive as hell.

I'm pretty sure I've done half of those things. Also, I frequently use software to fix hardware errors. Sadly, I cannot do the inverse.

The only way you can use hardware to solve software errors is by using functional hardware so you know the software is the problem. I don't really know how you could then "use" the hardware to solve the software bugs.
Please add unto this, or describe which one fits you best...
Have you ever....
-seen someone quit at the very beginning just because they lost one pawn (or piece)?
-lost the overall match because you didn't kill that stupid pawn?
- won because you had good pawn structure
-used pawns to get most of the kills, even the checkmate?
-trapped your opponent in a family fork? (rooks, king, queen)
-felt your opponent somehow was knowing your every move?
-played like YOU knew your opponents every move?
-talked on the chat box during a game and lost because of it?
-used your chat box to annoy or distract your opponent?
-defeated someone extremely higher rated and wondered how they got that rating?
-felt like you just survived the most hectic offense from your opponent after moving alll pieces back to protect the king, and then they blundered, winning you the match?
-made your opponent become defensive, and then after all that attacking power, you lost? (lol)
-looked at your live chess recently played list, and all you saw was "lost, lost, lost..." (lol)
-looked at your live chess recently played list, and all you saw was "draw, draw, draw..."?
-won 10 or more games in a row, and then disappointingly lost back all the same number? (lol)
-created an amazing checkmate at the bUZZER-- when you had nearly nothing left?
-played the whole match wonderfully to the very death, and then lost because of one itsy bitsy error?
-played someone who knew they lost and so they left you hanging for the rest of the match hoping you would close the browser? (lol)
- been begged by your opponent to let them win?
-begged your opponent to let YOU win?
-seen your rating drop from above 1500 to below 1000 all because you were frustrated the whole time? (lol)
-made your eyes go red because you stayed up all night playing live-chess? (lol)
-argued with your opponent on the chat box, and finally had to agree to a draw?
-felt your opponent was somehow cheating??
-have you ever cheated? (sad)
-gotten in trouble by parents, employers, or friends, because you should have been doing something more important than playing chess? (lol)
..
well that's what I got for now, please discuss and comment haha!! peace!!
