Good advice for anyone is don't rush moves until it is well thought out.   Make a move with a purpose behind it.  Avoid going for a quick knockout that will ultimately knock out yourself.  Play point for point, edge into the opponent.  Put your pieces somewhere where they can potentially cause damage; don't leave them unprotected.

Beginners often disregard the importance of pawns.  Too many feel losing them is expendable, but they are critical.

This is the best advice I can think of for a new player.

Posting games that you've lost on the forums. There are lots of really good players here that often comment. If you analyse your game, and add your own comments, people will be able to see your thinking and correct you where you've gone wrong.

At the very, very beginning, just make sure you don't give away any free material. It's harder than it sounds :)

what do u mean by analyzing  what dose it do

It simply means to go over ur games to see what u did right and wrong and take notes so u can better remember and go over it again. Often it is a good idea to have higher rated player/s go over it AFTER u have done so to find anything u might have missed or not thought of or u could use PC analysis option too.

Best way to improve apart from the above mentioned is to get a good book or coach that can teach u knowledge on general principles and plans on tactics, strategy and positional play including openings, middle games and endgames that help u.

This might sound dumb, but in the beginning, playing yourself is a great way to learn what works and what doesn't.  That is a great way to start a foundation to build from.  It's helped me a lot to realize where my weaknesses are.

the people who are analizing your game are

1. giving you ideas on your game

2. correcting your bunders

3. what would have been the best move.
