How much?
I can't write a couple pages but I'll just list my observations based on my limited skill. It seems that the black side is in a slightly better position than the white. White's Queen seems to be stuck without clear purpose. Bishop c1 needs pawn to get out to main field. The right side knight as well since its two available squares are under attack. White's two options appear to be either advancing some pawns to free up space for main pieces, or to begin the exchange process in center with knight from left. If he takes the pawn with the knight , to me it looks like in the end he won't get any benefit but an even exchange at best.
The black opponent on the other hand has good options for moves. Particularly with the f1 bishop and queen. He can go B-e2, or B-c5 to reinforce d4 square. Queen would help by going to either c7 or b6 which would direct it to center and expand its influence to diagonals.
Not much else I can think of to add.
Material is balanced. White is slightly better developed and it is one move away from castling kingside. White is more aggressive, having more pieces in Black's territory, and indirectly attacking the Black King.
If it's White's turn to move, his d2 Pawn should advance, opening the diagonal for the dark-squared Bishop, or allowing the b1 Knight to develop closer to the center.
If it's Black's turn to move, he has the option of pinning White's d2 Pawn with its dark-squared Bishop.
