Here’s an easy way to do it:
Make a rule that your bot will follow, such as, “Always choose the piece that is closest to a1.” If you don’t have a piece on a1, go to b1, c1, etc. until you find a moveable piece. Then, make the move that is the closest to a1 using the same method.
The bot won’t be “good,” but you’ll have made a “bot” nonetheless. Since it relies on calculations that you can do, you don’t even need an actual computer.
This is a game I played against it.

There isn’t a way to make a custom bot on chess.com with its own rules and evaluations, but maybe on lichess or some other website/app
