Illegal Position Contest!

I had thought #6470 is legal. As it turns out, the position is illegal when the king is on d5 - exclusively on that square.
The position is illegal when the white king is on d5, b5, b6, or b7.
I was going to prove that the position was legal until I realised midway that you had seen further than I did and swapped the positions of some pieces as well.

The king/queen swap is legal for White but illegal for Black.
Can you find an 18-move proof game for this position with just the White swap?

Invalid solution, since you ended with Black to move. But a valid solution was posted over six years ago and has been reposted many times since.
