To make Chess more interesting, try making up some new game end conditions!

For example:

(In win conditions Person B will be the loser)

Jailmate: All of B's pieces are trapped with no legal moves

Checkcheckmate(form of stalemate): Both kings are in check

Checkermate: Piece from different game Checkmates B.

Ragemate: Person B quits due to angryness at something that happened in the game, e.g. Queenmate.

Queenmate: Checkmate but the target is the queen (Not a game ender, though it may result in a Ragemate).

Insultmate: Person A insults Person B and induces a Ragemate

Perpetualmate: A traps B in check which can be escaped but will immediately be checked again, then the King escapes to the original place of check then the other place and so on.

Noplaymate: All pieces remain in a box and players post to these threads instead. Yeah, I've just won a noplaymate.
