New Chess Rule

On his turn, every of the players, can move both - white or black piece - he is free to choose between all the pieces on the board.

The other rules stay like in normal chess.

If  the white pieces mate the black - wins the player who at the beginning was siting from the side of white pieces.

How can such a game develop ?

either side could force a draw instantly by just undoing whatever the last move was...

Not if a pawn is moved - the other player will not be able to move it back 

And if there is a check on the table - the player which turn is to move, will be obliged to move the checked king.

And not if a piece is just taken - otherwise it must be entered  rules for " breeding" pieces .

Or, can be entered addition to rules - undoing the  last move is forbidden .
