It isnt really a checkmate, but this happend to me in a real live game. I was playing white and trapped blacks queen in 4 moves.

In a bongcloud opening start position on lichess.org ultrabullet, I actually pulled this off nearly ten times in a 30 min arena, catapulting me into first place. My ultrabullet rating was only 1750 then and my top opponent was near 2000.
