What if you are playing a against a good player but his rating isn't where it supposed to be? Aren't you going to blame him/her for cheating?

No, when you close your account your game history won´t show that symbol, only if your account was closed by cheating.

Your account can be closed for many reasons, like being obscene, rude or posting inapp things

No, when you close your account your game history won´t show that symbol, only if your account was closed by cheating.
I have a game in my history that I won because my opponent's account was closed due to cheating during the game, but in the list I see just the normal "account closed" symbol.

People get closed for many reasons. Read the TOS and you will see that violating any terms will lead to death.

It's the same symbol you see when you visit an arbitrary closed account, so I assumed that it just meant "closed account"

I´m talking about seeing the symbol in the game history, next to his name.
You are talking about seeing the symbol when you go to where his profile used to be.
All closed accounts show the "Account Closed" logo when you go their profiles, but not all of them show the logo next to their names when you check their game history.

Actually, I play this game in bullet chess when I'm bored. Many people's best win is Computer4-IMPOSSIBLE, whose best win is one of UVEK's accounts! Muahahahahahahahahahahahaha!
