A fascinating game, which summed up all the Cold War tensions and paranoia (love the slow head movements and rolling eyes of "Kronsteen"). I wonder if the Canadian "Macadams" was based on a real-life player, and also to what extent chess was popularized in, for example, Britain or Russia (or Canada for that matter), due to the success of the movie.
