The greatness of NN

The greatness off NN.

If you have a player that is undervalued and underestimated, then it must be NN.
In most chessbooks NN seems always the one pitted against great minds, who falls for every trap there is.

However, NN has a broad self made database, and though there clearly are some ups and downs, I would like to talke about the ups.

Did you know that NN defeated both, Philidor and & Alekhine.
I'm pretty sure she is the only player who has accomplised this.
So if you ever see or hear someone ridicule NN, keep the following games in mind

Well, if you must know.

Quite a while ago I was on vacation in Spain. There I... euhhhm had "contact" with this girl. When I asked her name she told me it was NN, after that she vanished.

I know what you are thinking, but she doesn't look like she's 500 years old. Laughing

Didn't know she beat Karpov. Cool Cool
