Part 2: (Moves 3+4+5) I hope the pawn opposite from me doesn't go to d4. I want to keep my friend on c5... Wait? What?!? 3.c3?! This guy is Crazy! I am thinking. My captain now: "Knight, to c6". Okay. There is know a horse guy next to me. But he's not supporting me. Instead we are working as a team to control d4 and e5. His next move is so weak it didn't even do anything! 4.h3? My captain: Pawn to g6. 4...g6. My captain says "the bishop will go to there, the d-pawn is blocking it in now" What? I never did anything! It's the e-pawn's fault! 5.Be2 was the white bishop's move. "It's weird, but it looks like White might castle", said my captain. Anyway, 5...Bg7. The c-pawn is less nervous but still worrying about d4. Part 3 tomorrow
The story of a game

This is based on denverhigh's "is chess a game or war" story. This story is about a pawn in the Black army during a chess game.
Part 1(Moves 1+2): I am nervous. I am trying to calm down by talking to my neighbor, the c-pawn. I see a white pawn moving forward in front of me and to my left. 1.e4. The captain orders my neighbor two squares forward. 1...c5. The Sicilian. Then, a horse in the white army jumped over some pawns to land on f3. 2.Nf3. I am wondering what comes next when my captain orders me to march one square forward. All I know how to do is move forward. Until I get promoted. I don't know when that will happen, though. The c-pawn is still nervous. I try to calm him down by saying, "I'm supporting you, I'm one square diagonally behind if you need me." Part 2 will come soon
