Excuse me for saying, but that was about the worst game I've ever seen played.
But obviously, when you get down to just a king on each side, it's an automatic draw since a king can't put a king into check, since a king cannot move into check.
Amazing comeback by black. It just goes to show that sometimes it's worth it to sacrifice a pawn (or, in this case, every piece) to really open up the game. After that, black had the open lanes to use his king to punish white's inability to see one ply ahead.
