Hi! I was curious on how the chess rating system works...I understand that there are two ways to find out the ratings of a person. However, I still don't understand how the equation works. If someone with rating with 1200 and 1200 have a match, what would the rating of the person who won and lost become? If you know how the whole equation works, please help me as soon as possible. Thank you. =]
