Instead of 12. ... 0-0, doesn't Ne5 win? Even more so than it did a move before. That's the most obvious thing I saw. He blundered with the Knight + Queen thing, but good job! Well played.

8...b5 was very bad, white should have played 10.Nge2 at once with a big advantage.
