You highlight the text you want to paste, you hold down "Ctrl" and then letter "C", then you activate the place where you want to paste and hold "Ctrl" down & you click "V".

Btw I did not copy-paste what the dush... I mean gentleman said to me. I just rewrote his accusations. In a way being called an engine gives me ambivalent feelings, it is not nice because someone accuses you, however it is also complimentary and flattering too.
