Scandinavian Defense But Different.

In the Scandinavian Defense, it is better to let theblack queen take the pawn and then attack the queen with Nc3. If the opponent attacks the pawn with Nf6, then d4 is the best move because it: Keeps the initiative
Supports fast development
Controls the center more assertively
Hope you learn the development more with this!

Queen takes pawn invites Nc3, forcing you to cede any possible gain in development and tempo by using to move Qa5. Nf6 invites white to play the same move but after the exchange black queen occupies the center with safer development. Most people won't play d4

That is why Stockfish reccommends d4, because most people aren't prepared for it and it opens a lot of tactical and strategic games. Just my opinion tho...
