Land of the Sky - White Domination!

White basically dominated this event at my board, the lone exception being round 2 where my opponent decided to play an extremely drawish line, and yet oddly enough, while he drew me in the second round, he won his other 4 and took sole first place in the Under 2200 section - Go Figure!

Rounds 1 and 3 are brutal maulings, Round 2 Black tries to press but could only get a draw, Round 4 is positional torture, and Round 5 has a massive tradedown that goes from 16 pawns and heavy artillery to a very tough Rook and Pawn ending in the blink of an eye.

I only played through the first game, but both the game and your well-placed annotations are very instructive.
