I think you could call that Bigger Fool's Mate. What was your plan if he didn't take the bait? I might have played 4. Nf3 as white.
Mate in 4 with black Queen sacrifice

4. Qe4 would of been the next move. His knight is pinned and also hanging because of the pin on the e2 pawn. His pawn on e5 is also hanging.
It seems you take back the e5 pawn farely easily and I think black should let it go as well and play Bg2. Black then takes back with Qxe5.
But if black defends the pawn, maybe another eventual sacrifice along the lines of Qe4, d4, d6, xd7, Bg4?
