What was the tactics, why is it great? You are probably the only player here whose online rating is greater than blitz, lol

The game might have been slow in the beginning, but there were tactics starting at move 27.  I also liked the simple pawn move that forced him to give up his queen.  I left my queen hanging to take a pawn and threaten checkmate, and I had him in a position where he had no moves except one pawn move at the end of the game.  I played strongly throughout the game, gave him no oppotunities to attack, and beat a stronger player than myself.

As for my online rating compared to my blitz rating I sincerely doubt that I am an oddity.  I can take my time to look at more moves and look at possible lines much deeper in online games, plus I have the added benefit of games explorer in the slower games.  I'm surprised when anyones rating is higher in blitz than in correspondence, but I wouldn't expect someone who has only played 4 online games to get this.
